Buying an Apple keyboard from Office Center was the worst decision I had in my life. They said the keyboard was not delivered to me because I wasn't at home but I did not find any notes in my mailbox regarding that. Than they said the keyboard is now at a dispatch center outside of Amsterdam and asked me to get it from there. I decided to give the product back and have my money return. To do this I had to call to the customer service 4 times and each time I did not get a solution. Never buy a product from Office Centre!!
I visited this Staples while visiting Amsterdam from London. The night before I had left my laptop in London airport security and needed a new laptop to use for a presentation I was giving the following Monday. The staff at this Staples were empathetic and very helpful to get me a machine that would serve my needs in the near-term - especially helpful since I don't speak Dutch. Big thanks to Jurien and the other staff (unfortunately I can't recall the names) on the floor that Saturday morning, much appreciated for your patience and willingness to assist.
I had to rush here to print a poster for a research conference, and the staff were so nice and helpful, and the process was very quick! Poster was done in less than half an hour
