Very bad customer experience. My returns have been received 14th of May. I am still waiting for the refund. I am a longterm ecommerce customer through different labels and companies, but such a long refund period I have never experienced. Sure, returns are not the ideal for ecommerce. I know for sure, since I am working in ecommerce myself. But if you can't ensure a customer friendly (up to 14 days MAX!!!) refund process, then you should better not offer ecommerce services. I do not know what is happening with my money for the past 17 days!!!!! Never again!
