This used to be a great store. Now they keep minimal inventory. Even if their website says they have it, it's probably not there.
Took my boyfriends Mac in for a new hard drive - they guys were super friendly and helpful and sorted us out asap. Thumbs up guys
The store is ok don't get me wrong but they are absolutely horrid at customer support and picking up the phone. I really need their help on a problem with my laptop and I've been trying to call for a few days now! The only option right now seems to be going there in person,which is not convenient at all. So my advice, if you want someone you can count on 24/7, go somewhere else where you can be sure that you will get proper help and support should something ever go wrong with your PC, laptop etc. A good store should not only be there when you buy their product BUT also if you experience problems with it.
This is a very small store and mostly have limited inventory. If you are looking for a high end CPU or a CPU Cooler or RAM, then chances are they don't stock it. However there are several stores nearby where you can find niche stuff for your gaming rig. The staff as typical Dutch, is very friendly.
My flat-mate brought her laptop to fix in this store. They said it would be ready in 2 weeks maximum and rarely 1 month. The moment I am writing this review are 3 months since she brought her laptop and STILL is not ready. She is calling every week and every week same answer "next week is ready" but every week is not. I understand that something unexpected situation can actually happened but they are not taking care at all. They don't call to let my flat-mate knows about the situation and they always reply just to avoid complaints but every week the laptop is not ready. I want to mention again that 3 months to fix a laptop is really not acceptable especially if nobody is taking care to let you know why or when it will be ready in a trustworthy way. Of course we can't judge from a single experience but for sure I'll never give my money to them.
great staff very patient and ubderstanding to my problem of a dead gpu was a costly day out but when you want pc parts that are top of the range higly suggest visting them
