Michael is a great teacher. He's very patient and his lessons are always relaxed but focused. Every lesson has been enjoyable and he's always willing to take feedback on board. I'd recommend Michael to anyone looking to start learning or improve, especially if you want to improve your technique. Mine has improved massively since starting lessons with him. (Even if you don't want to learn guitar, I would pay just to pet his dog for an hour. )

I've been taking lessons from Michael for a while. He's a fantastic teacher. He's bringing together that sadly all-too-rare combination of being highly skilled in his art while at the same time having a great understanding of where his students struggle and what steps can help them learn. I enjoy each lesson, my playing has greatly improved. Definitely recommended.
