Another shop said it'd cost 65 euro and 1 day to repair my laptop. Megamasters fixed it within 2min for next to nothing. Recommended.

Worst customer service ever seen: bringing my laptop for repair; after ordering wrong part, he ordered a new part from Asia; and i had to wait another 2-3months. When I tried to call him or email, he did not answer with his explanation, he is “too busy”. After, I tried to arrange getting my money back as the new part from Asia never arrived. I had to call him several times and again he promised to call me back, and he did not. Finally he paid the money. \u003e Worst customer service ever seen for a service provider (non-answering of phone calls, nor emails, wrongly promising to call me back, etc.) \u003e would not recommend to anybody
I brought a few old harddrives with old-fashioned connections in the hope I could get my old pictures back. Megamasters did it very well, it even retreived some pictures I could not open 10 years ago on that harddrive due to bad sectors. Only negative thing maybe they took quite some time to do it. I am writing this review because I think it is not fair if only bad reviews make it online.
Not good It is a while ago I had a disappointing experience. My Laptop with No Power was there for 3 weeks with no progress. When I said I am tired of waiting and pick it up tomorrow she suddenly started. Result: I paid 58 for the information motherboard defect. For failures in electronics I would not go there.
Watch out! My Obelix in my laptop's motherboard (whatever that means) was supposedly broken. I had a manufacturer's guarantee so I decided to use that instead of repair. Luckily! I found the Asus recovery CD and gave it a try. After the recovery backup the laptop worked perfectly fine! Megamasters are scammers!
They lost my computer! After going back 4 or 5 times they finally found it! 3 months in total to find the product i had trusted them with...
Mijn laptop ingeleverd omdat er een kortsluiting in het moederbord zat. Gevraagd of er naar gekeken wilde worden. Moest er zelf achteraan bellen want kreeg geen reactie na een maand. Vervolgens kreeg ik te horen dat hij moest wachten op onderdelen. Later kreeg ik het antwoord dat hij niet gemaakt kon worden. Ik geloofde dat niet, dus heb mijn laptop naar DLS services gebracht. Die heeft binnen 1 dag mijn moederbord gemaakt. Echter is nu wel mijn wifi kaart kapot, die voorheen niet kapot was. Ik weet niet wat hij daar heeft gedaan met mijn laptop, maar zou je laptop in ieder geval niet voor fijne electronica naar Megamasters brengen. Verder wel een aardige man, maar daar heb je niet zoveel aan als je computer kapot is.
Zeer vriendelijke, deskundige hulp. Ik kom hier zeker terug.
