A multi-course exercise in flavors and textures. A nicely presented set of mouthwatering morsels of beef, fish, pork, root vegetables, and complemented by a well rounded wine selection. There was a lot of attention to detail with the ingredients, preparation, and plating. Every dish comes with an explanation worth listening to. Highly recommended experience.

I had a terrific night last week at Le Restaurant! Jan and his staff went all the way. We really enjoyed the food and special wines. The setting of the restaurant is really nice as well! I will come back here for sure!!
This is a small restaurant with wonderful food and wine, and personal warm service. I have had the pleasure of dining here twice. Both times exceptional. They remembered me the second time. The second occasion was a business dinner and my global guests were duly impressed and we had a fantastic and relaxed evening. I will be back!

Most amazing food. Course after course after course Don’t scrip, choose the 6 course menu. Stunning and not bad value for an exceptional experience. Too good to get the camera out ! Learned a new Dutch word. “Biological” Or in English “Organic” Made me laugh!
