Love it when it’s post Christmas sale and friendly staff
On a shopping street. Closed around 7pm at Sat.
Horrible store. I wanted to return a few items and repurchase them and add more to my total. The manager pretended to scan my receipt and said she would love to help me but for some odd reason her system doesn’t want to read the barcode. She told me to go back to the store where i bought the items. I later went to the store where i bought the items and the manager there was shocked that the manager from nieuwendijk would do something so horrible. She said because the sales are down and due to to CORONA, KIKO is being really strict and is looking at their KPI’s. They need to aim for a high ATV, average tickets because of low footfall. I knew what she was talking about because I am a Regional manager for a French company but we do not do this our teams. If i return an item, even if I buy it back their average tickets would go down I guess. The manager from Nieuwendijk was NOT reacting in the best interest of the customer at all and was not being genuine in her interaction.
My gf loved it. The staff was really knowledgeable and helpful from what I observed. They had nice 50 off discounts, so my wallet was happy too.
