Great store! I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Quick delivery and good prices too. In also visited the stores in Amsterdam multiple times. They have allot of stock and you can walk in for some advice about there products.

Absolutely terrible store and company. I purchased a camera kit here while visiting the Netherlands and was looking forward to the VAT return. However, after getting back to Australia and requesting the return, I find that they can only refund the VAT to IBAN bank cards which was never told to me in the store even though 3 different staff members checked the terms and conditions. How does that even make sense? IBAN cards are mostly not used in other countries and in my time in Europe I found it was basically only the Netherlands that used the card. If the VAT return scheme is designed for tourists, then this is impossible for most tourists to receive their refund???? I've been contacting customer service and they agreed to refund me the money to my Australian credit card but its been over 2 months and every time I email them, they say they will process it now and pass it onto the finance team. Absolute liars. The service is horrendous. Their VAT refund scheme feels like a scam at this point for foreigners. I wouldn't recommend Kamera Express to anyone.

Placed an order for TV via their website when TV was in stock online and in one of their stores. During almost 1 week customer service told me that it is reserved for me and on the way to their main warehouse. But surprisingly after almost one week they reply that they can not deliver my order because of stock difference. Because of them I lost 1 week time and 2 events: Black Friday and Cyber Monday and can’t find same TV for the same price anymore. Poor service.

Disappointing. Camera shop has empty batteries, so not many chances to try and make a few shots. Staff wasn’t very much interested in selling something and also had little knowledge about the differences of cameras. Go to COOLBLUE instead, they have great consultants!

Had an absolutely terrible customer experience here. I really think the employees of this branch just hate people, customers in particular, and I am not so sure whether they are knowledgeable about cameras and stuff. If you dislike someone, you could send them here, but if you need camera things for yourself, go elsewhere. There are other good shops in Amsterdam, more centrally located as well.
