I could highly recommend IVB more to anyone who is hesitating using a Collection agency. They are definitely the best solution to your outstanding debts. During my first enquiry by telephone they took a lot of time to listen and understand what our issue was and advised me to submit a 7 day notice period prior to taking our instruction. When I then submitted the debt online it was a very simple process and the result was effective with the full debt recovered. No cure no pay.
This company helped us collect a debt overseas. They gave us great advice on how to collect invoices in Europe while our hotel is located in the United States. It was no problem that we couldn’t attend the courthearing during the procedure. They handled everything for us. Definitly would recommend and come back!
