My visit today was the 2nd day in a row! As a customer I like space and I got that both days. As soon as I needed help I requested the assurance and was helped immediately. Was able to take samples without any need for leaving my details. Looking forward to go back and order the products needed!

Great experience, everything went as expected and promised. No complains
Extremely disappointing follow through. The sales experience is nice. They promise the world! Then your dates will be very late (by several weeks), the stuff you ordered will be wrong sizes and materials. All the while - they will ignore your calls and emails and not follow up with you. On top of that - they are well overpriced. I do not recommend them at all!!
If you want a high end bathroom this is the place to cone. Wonderful selection of materials
Costly, careless place. We’ve lost a couple of thousand euros here after ordering standard tiles that we were forced to return. Sales manager Jose Vilten didn’t want to hear about any sort of settlement and said easily: can’t do anything, I have to be strict. Fat loss and zero customer care, don’t even think about going here!
