Really great place to stay when we visiting Amsterdam :) near to public transport, 2 minute to train which takes you to the very center of Amsterdam in 5 minute. Very nice and helpful staff. I heartily recommend it. If I come to Amsterdam again, I will definitely come back.

I am a Fan. Clean feel, nice room, good in room utilities. Staff is great, friendly, helpful, smiling, making you feel at "home". (just dont understand the Roof Terrace policy) - its a beautiful terrace, just closed a bit too random. Wind, Rain, Snow, all reason to be closed for "reasons". Rather have it opened at all time and make guest use their own judgement :) 5 stars when Roof Terrace is more available.

Last year, I couldn't reach there due the COVID circumstances. 6 months after, I got the message from the hotel which said "they tried to do everything to help us". Well, I asked them to change the dates and I wouldn't mind to pay the difference later on, and they said it wouldn't be possible to change. So, you guys, to be honest, gave a f... for all of us and that's ok. As money comes, it goes. But from a business perspective, you guys should be much better regards to clients, you guys are nothing without us. So, very soon this comment will be forgotten but the way how you guys managed it and the treatment with clients, at least for me and many friends won't be forgotten and forgiven. Don't expect different action from them if you are planning to stay there...you will lose your money.

Cool hotel, nice staff, chill rooftop. The rooms are awesome, always cleaned when you're away... Pretty cheap for what you get (56e, room, cooking space, dishwasher, big bathroom) compare to the Holiday Inn Express (99e, room itself and bathroom) 10 minutes away by train from Amsterdam Centraal

Lots of good memories here; this place has excellent connectivity to the airport and everywhere else, located within walking distance from the train and bus station and yet away from the noise and commuting public. staff is knowledgeable and friendly, a gym for that little jog, great rooms with sufficient facilities for a week's stay, clean modern rooms. I can go on and on about here. A good base to explore Amsterdam proper and nearby.

This is a really good hotel for its location and price, with friendly English speaking staff. I stayed here with my partner for almost 2 weeks in October 2020 and for the most part it did feel like our own little apartment. It was quite cosy and had just about everything we needed. Everything was very clean and new. The only thing I missed was body soap— there was a bottle of handsoap instead but it was very drying and clearly not meant for use on the body. Other than that, since we were cooking and staying in the first week (quarantaine) we filled our trash bin within a day. We didn’t get any extra trash bags unless we went down to the front desk and asked, which started being a little bit of a hassle, so we ended up buying our own trashbags so that housekeeping didn’t have to come in and replace them everyday. Unlike other people have said, we weren’t bothered by the trains near the hotel at all! You only noticed them at night when they would pass through the station, but it wouldn’t keep us up. As for the location… couldn’t have been better! It’s literally a minute walk from the train, metro and tram. And Central Station is a 5 minute train ride away. The grocery store is a little far away but it’s not too bad of a walk. We went to the Lidl at first which was about 10 minutes away, but later just walked a little further down to Albert Heijn (and extra 10 minutes, but it’s not all that bad). I’d definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Amsterdam again.
