Amazing shop with very reasonable prices....i bought some lovely Lana Grossa yarn. The owner was so friendly and not at all pushy. I would go back if I were in Amsterdam....much better than the shop Stephen & Penelope.

Beautiful yarn store, wonderful yarn, very friendly, kind and helpful woman working there.
Bought some yarn as a present for my grandma but unfortunately she passed away before I was able to give it to her (5 days) after I bought the present. Went back and asked for money back and the owners reason to not redound me was that she said if we give you the money back you(and others) could have bought yarn from amazon and switch it out. The yarn was in a package that was not opened. Terrible service.
Excellent service. I reached out to them through their Facebook page for advice about their products and they were very helpful, nice and fast. I placed an order and everything arrived without issues and on time.
Love this shop! For the last 3 years and half i had wonderful experience with this shop ( products ambiance staff). Great service, very helpful, and honest opinion! Highly recommend :)
