Not worth value, what a rip off ticket. I got the Keukenhof ticket using holland pass on a specific date. Even booking on a specific date does not guarantee your access to the garden as the park gets really full by early afternoon. I was gonna ask for an exchange as it was my last day stay in Netherland. Almost impossible to do get the exchange. Don't buy Holland Pass, probably be better off if you purchase the ticket separately.

Nice tour. The ride to and from Amsterdam to Bruges was pleasant. The sites at Bruges, a medieval town, incredible. Do not miss getting some chocolate.
Quite simply a scam. First discounted tickets are widely available so if you add them up its not worth it. Second and most important is that the Holland pass quite simply forces you to do activities you never wanted because they will always tell you they are overbooked for the big activities. But tickets will be available online directly from for example the museum but if you ask them they tell you there are no tickets available. Some scam to sell places that are not popular where they probably get more commission. Imagine how many toursits missed out on Van gogh museum for example over this scam

Waster of money because of many misleading information, definitely we do not recommend it to any one. They mention nothing on their website about redeeming some of the tickets (i.e. Van Gogh, and Heineken experience) which we could not have done anyways before arriving to Holland. For Van Gogh, once we arrived at the Museum, they said that we can not enter with the pass itself and we want to redeem it. Then when we went to redeem we were told that the earliest possible is in 5 days although we were spending only 3 days in the city. However, when we decided to buy the tickets online (without using the pass) we found tickets on the same day. Also there was a lot of confusion between Gold and Silver tickets. Again, do not buy it!! It is easier and cheaper to get tickets online or from the museum/experiences themselves.
mis-leading information, bad customer service attitude, wasting of money Will not recommend to anyone! Holland Pass is not putting completed information online which is mis-leading the customer to buy the pass. what's more, when I realise it is not possible to use some of the activities i am purchasing the card for, The holland pass customer service said it is not possible to return or cancel in any circumstance even before I redeeming it ( I only purchased 1 day before and purely for the Van Gogh museum). Also the attitude of the customer service is really bad, she almost shouting at me. i have to calm her down during the phone !!!! The conditions and terms is hidden on their website ( you need to click to expand) and also not in their printed vouchers send to the customer. I was informed that the van Gogh museum is fully sold out for the coming 2 weeks when I come to the tourism office to redeem the card ( the entrance of Van Gogh museum can be only done by this way). considering most international tourism will only stay for few days in Amsterdam, this means the card is not possible to use in the summer peak season. This information was not shown anywhere on their website main landing page. They only stated that entry is not guaranteed in the sub page if click the Van Gogh museum separately. However, i will say in the summer peak season, it is IMPOSSIBLE to use in Van Gogh museum unless you stay less in Amsterdam for more than 2 weeks. This happens in late May 2019
Holland pass has really no value at all, you might as well just pay for everything individually and u will be much cheaper off, I calculated every aspect and combination and it always ends up with u paying way more then u should, compared to the Prague card which I used and I genuinely got value of it(free public transport, and free access to paid museums), is the Holland pass as close as u can call a scam, 2 silvers for the Van Gogh and availability is not even promised I couldn’t use it due to it only being available Friday... DONT get the pass just go to the museums u want separately, you will be much better off (If anything changes, or my experience with the holland pass and/or it’s staff improves I’ll gladly change my review accordingly)
