This is a great team of people to work with and a seriously feature-packed bookings system. Integrates well with Lightspeed. We were using a big paternalistic corporate tool (with obscene fees) before - we saw zero traffic decrease when leaving the big system; wish we had moved sooner. Formitable bring new features quickly to help keep you afloat during shifting times - your own take-away store, gift vouchers, tools for 'new normal' reopening, etc.

Great customer service, great system and great value for money! Definitely recommend compared to other booking websites available out there :) Formitable always thinks together with restaurants, which is greatly appreciated especially in difficult times like Corona!

Every company, like a friend, should be characterised during times of need or crisis. Having dealt with many companies during this crisis, we can say that Formitable takes the award for most helpful company ever. From day one they were quick to come up with solutions to problems that people in the industry would encounter, allowing everyone to either buy gift vouchers or order pick up or takeaway (services that normally come with a price tag) using their platform. Their blog was pretty useful too, by giving advice on how to make the most out of the dire situation. Formitable, and all its crew have won a place among the best of the best.
