I really love their bagels but I feel obliged to say I’ve witnessed some really rude behavior from the manager/owner(?) to her colleagues and I don’t think this is right. It’s unfortunate to know I’m supporting behavior like this. On multiple occasions I’ve seen her be pretty mean to the other workers and even to my friend, a paying customer. Please, this is really unacceptable! The food is really amazing, but don’t taint your good reputation with rude behavior.

Flo’s appetizing Amsterdam was a great find for me. Totally by chance, I found the place while walking around the neighbourhood. I noticed the line outside the door and the smell of the bagels. It was amazing. Delicious and fresh the bagel sandwiches are a must. I could eat a bag of plain ones with coffee anytime. I’ll definitely come back.

Great shop with bagel sandwiches, including breakfast! We got The Newman (pastrami/sauerkraut/cheese) and the Brisket (brisket/caramelized onion/mustard) and had dogs begging for scraps from us in het Vondelpark! Definitely will be going back and will recommend to friends!

If you have a good dental insurance, perfect bagel. If you don't be prepared to chew till your teeth hurt. A bit disappointed on my experience with Flo's :'( ordered a few bagels and they came a bit stale and incredibly chewy. I'm from NYC I know how bagels are supposed to be. But the trick I found was you need to reheat it a bit so it can get softer. But still if it's a good bagel- you wouldn't need to do that.

Tasty bagels, good music and lovely ladies behind the counter. The jalapeno bagel w avocado is everything.
