I am now absolutely in love with Ethiopian food after eating here!!! The food was unbelievably good, just honest, cozy and comforting. We asked the waitress for suggestions and ordered based on her recommendation: a veg platter (3 types of veg dishes) and also the chickpeas to share between 2 people and it was perfect. I even woke up the next day craving to eat it again! And service was fantastic - so warm and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again.

They are able to make any of the veggie dishes vegan & I have to say this is one of the most delicious meals I have ever had. It was full of flavor and I couldn't even finish it all in one sitting, but I kept wanting more despite being full. I have never had Ethiopian food before, so I can't compare it to other Ethiopian resturaunts but damn I was not disappointed & I'm absolutely going to be a regular customer here. I'm OBSESSED with how good this meal was
The reviews really do not lie, this place is the best Ethiopian in Amsterdam! I usually order the lentils which are delicious and so flavouful. I'd highly recommend for anybody looking to try a new cuisine or satisfy that urge to eat Ethiopian food. They also have a hard to find imported Ethiopian beer that's delicious!
The best Ethiopian food in Amsterdam. The restaurant is very small, but that doesn't distract from the amazing and quality food. Even though the food is delicious and the portion sizes decent, it's still excellent value for money. Pro tip: if they have the Ethiopian beer available, order it!
So traditional, food delicious, good prices. I hardly recommend the place. The space is a little limited so it is a bit uncomfortable with the screens to separate tables due to the coronavirus. But I really enjoyed this place, and if you are looking for another experience you should try.
