I've recently decided to not order everything on the internet anymore and support local shops instead. Divine & Delicious is a kitchenware shop that doesn't immediately catch your attention, located on Hoofdorpplein, one of the less attractive squares in west Amsterdam. It looks small from the outside, but once inside, you will discover that there's also a huge showroom in the back. There you can find everything related to cooking and eating, from simple spoon to espresso machine, pots and pans, every kind of equipment and utensils you can think of, all of excellent quality. All those nicely arranged things and the very friendly staff make it such a pleasure to discover all sorts of useful kitchen tools, that you'll probably buy more than what you were planning to, but not only will you not regret it, this will become one of your favorite shops in Amsterdam.

I always go there when I need some special ingredients or tools for my cakes. Nice people working in there, always very helpful. The store is big and you will easily find what you are looking for. If you don't, they will recommend you another place.
