If you are looking for the ultimate bed, COCO MAT is the place to go. We have been assisted by Robin who did a great job explaining all the lovely details about everything single product they sell and help us pick the right one for our needs. I definitely raccomend COCO MAT and Robin if you are looking for a nice fully natural matress or bed. They also have some nice furniture in oak if you like the minimalist and simple style.

Currently we use a Coco-Mat mattress already at home but if you want a quality Coco-Mat product then I would recommend the Haarlemmerplein location. Never go to this location and I will tell you why. On this location, I expected so much more about product options and costumer service as this is the flag ship store. When I went inside, there were 2 blond ladies behind the counter. They ignored me when I walked in; they didn’t ask anything and only looked suspicious while I was only customer in the whole store. When I started feeling bad and I went downstairs then suddenly they followed me and were interested by asking impolitely what I was looking for. I was actually looking for a coco-mat blanket but how they tried to help was not in a kind way at all; very passive aggressive. I decided to walk out of the store and had a really bad feeling when leaving. I would not recommend anybody looking for great customer service to visit this store.
I love this store. It's amazing. I've walked by it a 100 times and never really thought about what was inside. Of course, I was not in the market for pillows or beds before. After my massage therapist recommended to me to try their pillows, I zipped in there. I won't go into the \sustainability\ factors of this product. It is on their website. Bottom line is, these are made with recycled material and very environmentally friendly. The manager is very knowledgeable and a sleep specialist. He recommended several pillows for me. I love my new pillow and my sleep is so much better. Also, their linen (pillow cases and sheets) are fantastic! So comfortable. I can't wait for the day when I can buy one of their mattresses! I also bought a bed for my doggies. They are wonderful. They are made with spare material when the factories have \downtime\ - but you can't tell by looking at them. HIGH quality indeed. Their prices have gone up a lot lately but that is because they are quality.
