This is a fun store with lots of great home wares - I especially love the “Delft’s blond” series of mugs. Their staff is quite friendly despite how busy the place gets with menu tourists. This is also a bakery/eatery and you will have to be fine with it being quite cramped.

GREAT PRODUCTS and amazing design lacking customer service friendliness! I love their products and get them delieverd as I don't live in the Netherlands. Easily I would allocate 5 stars to the product range and money for value - alas when operating an online store I believe that customer support is key. be it in finding solutions and simply being friendly on the phone when a customer calls or writes. On numerous occasions now I received a blunt mail or response withou offering solutions or alternatives. It is always just a matter of "how". Working in the service industry all my life I am simply not accustomed to such behaviiur which is a pity! As mentioned, their products, design and making are so much fun, as well as their parcels with cool tape and boxes. I hope you can work on doing better

We liked d decor and specially the pottery. We ordered pink chocolate which was horrible sweet. Staff was unfriendly and very busy in their own work. Attraction was handmade painted pottery - lovely.

Nice place, friendly staff. Dishes taste a bit flat and are not that refined. Some plates could use a bit more seasoning. Price/quality ratio could be better. There's also a nice shop inside.

Super cosy and nice place. The service were amazing. Girls that work there are super kind! I loved it! And buy their mugs, they are incredible!! :)

Really horrible food, drinks and service. We were given a dirty spoon covered in dried up tomato purée or something. When we asked for a new one, the server just said yeah without blinking or acknowledging giving your customer dirty utensils is bad service. So I’d assume it happens pretty often there. Hot chocolate tastes like hot sweetened brown water and tomato soup tasted like a warm cup of ketchup.
