It is very old fashioned to have such a restricted return policy. People shouldn't have to be forced to buy from a store where they haven't found anything they like, when it didn't turned out well with what they bought in the first place. Also, a store in Amsterdam (where there are so many expats) with the policy that there are only 8 days to exchange an item for a voucher printed in a small poster only in Dutch? It feels soooooo tricky. Also two different shop assistants have told me, the only way to get your money back is if you sell the item yourself haha. Another one also tried to imply that the article had been used when nothing to do. It seems like a nice and modern store, but my perception has failed me.

I ordered a gold silk dress from the online shop and few days later I received a totally different dress. I wrote them an email and explained that I will return the item... The issue was that the dress I ordered was out of stock. My question is- why is then on the website and why they tought I would agree to take other item. Allright! Afterwards I basically had to beg them to refund me the money as I had to write the cominication person few times! Well, there is no such a thing as a “client friendly”. I am very disappointed and I do not reccomend to anyone that store. Also many of the items could be found way cheaper at regular shops.

I went to this shop to try a coat and after pointing out the one i want to the seller, she told me that the coat was too expensive. Then i asked her to try another one. This time she told me this would not fit me. Even the large one. You are not located at P. C. Hoofdstraat but you act incredibly rude to your clients specially when they are expats. When respect to people will be added to your policy ladies?
