Guido is a diamond within the structural engineering space. He provided an unfiltered, genuine and meticulous examination of a house my partner and I were intending to purchase. He shed light on many elements of the house that we didn't factor into the overall renovation costs. I could not recommend Guido enough.
i worked with House Check (Guido) for inspection. He brought one intern, and they worked hard and scan every part of the compound. He didn't forget to explain the details when he found something, and it helps me a lot to understand when I got the report. He also took his time to explain further, as the report is in Dutch. I appreciate their time and effort.
