The security was fine in front of the store, but the service per email and the phone has been horrendous the past few days. Just got disconnected with an automatic voicemail. Guys, you're still making enough money in this crisis so employ better customer service or use better systems!!!

Love the products. But the store experience is simply horrible. Don't ever go to an Apple Store if you value your time in any way. Staff is simply poorly educated, ill mannered, and cannot do much more than state the obvious facts that you can find on the website. Or they might refer you to the website! Surely there is the rare case of a great employe, but 9 out of 10 interactions I would rate 1 star. Hence, 1 star.
I brought my phone here for repair and it was fixed within 2 hours top and fast service
The contracted security outside is very rude and interrupt you: either you have an appointment or you don’t and they didn’t listen when I had proof that my appointment got cancelled by the store itself and I was asked to just pass by anytime. Miscommunication between departments and regulations, impersonal costumer service. Seeing the staff chatting inside while we waited in the cold in line was definitely a mood killer.
