Friendly service (old man) when I was buying a lock from them and recommended me the product, but very bad attitude (two mid-aged men) when I was trying to bring it back in the original condition to get a refund because the lock did not fit my door properly. However, they wouldn't give me the refund, instead, tried to sell me some tools to modify my door to fit their lock, which I didn't want to bother. Then they offered me something else as a replacement which I didn't agree, but now they asked me to leave the store and closed the deal. Think twice before spending your money here: better be absolutely sure the item you plan to buy will fit perfectly. But still, the attitude in post-sale service is not acceptable and reflects no credibility.

Came to get a copy of a key, the staff members were really nice and it took 2 minutes to get a copy of it. Still, I felt a little bit overcharged.
