I think 1 star is too much for them. This “company” is a scam. They replaced our thermostat with a broken thermostat we paid 140 euros and when we make an appointment to have it replaced they don’t show up for the appointment, they don’t call you back and ignore my calls.... what a scam.... would seriously not recommend to anyone. “all round service” Additional: Ok maybe instead of arguing here maybe you could call and tell me why you don’t show up to scheduled appointments and why you not pick up the phone to have the courtesy to say when your coming to fix the “second hand thermostat” which was just “broken”. And you charged us 140 euros. It’s not been even a year, Here’s the receipt... and again if you have the time to argue here why not call and just tell me that you couldn’t make it or change the time?! Your doing a business here aren’t you? People pay for your services, if you don’t provide service then this is just a scam.

Ze hebben mijn vloerverwarming pomp gedaan hij was stuk ik ben heel goed geholpen door dit bedrijf en ze waren heel vriendelijk
Nemen de telefoon vaak niet op, bellen niet terug. Als je wel iemand aan de lijn krijgt en er wordt beloofd dat je teruggebeld wordt, gebeurt dit meestal ook niet. Gemaakte afspraken bij je thuis worden zonder bericht niet nagekomen. Als je hier over belt wordt je verteld dat het zal worden uitgezocht, en dat je nog van ze hoort. Geen reacties meer ontvangen.
Slechte service.
Ik heb ze in totaal 8 weken over de vloer (niet dagelijks) gehad en ben continu op de hoogte gehouden (met name door Michael) over de gang van zaken. Er zat nl een enorme vertragende factor in. Ik zal hen altijd aanbevelen bij vrienden/kennissen. Michael, dank je wel voor alles.
Doe geen zaken met dit bedrijf. Kosten zijn enorm hoog voor reparaties die uit de duim gezogen zijn, niet te vertrouwen. De enige positieve reviews hieronder zijn ook door hen zelf geschreven, zegt genoeg lijkt me...
