Very rude staff. I brought in a brand new sealed phone screen protection and they managed to mess up adding it on my phone while offering to sell me a new one for their mistake. When I called them up on their mistake they got defensive as if it was my fault. Very disappointed and had to buy a new one some place else. They did not seem to be very careful with the devices they handle, do not recommend!

Warning: Stay away! Incompetent, clueless and arrogant. Here's what happened: Day 1: Brought an Asus laptop that wouldn't turn on after a Windows update. A bit later they called me to ask whether I have anything valuable on my hard drive. 10 minutes after this they called to tell me some screws were missing and that my hard drive and memory were also not in the laptop. I was shocked... The laptop worked perfectly fine before the update! Day 2: I tried to call them. No one would pick up. I went there at 5.30 (their opening hours are until 6) but they were closed. No word from them. Day 3: They were not picking up the phone until the early afternoon, then I had my girlfriend call them from a different number...and surprisingly they picked up. Then I got in touch with them and they told me that actually the hard disk and memory were not missing... They were just attached on the other side of the motherboard...this display of technical knowledge and insight blew my mind. They also told me that they cleaned up some "water damage"...an issue the laptop has never had. I went to their office and requested my laptop back. I was sure they are completely incompetent and can't really help. Then, they asked me for 15 Euros for the "research" they performed... Which btw didn't yield any results...
