First of all, let me preface that the stay was amazing. Great enjoyable service. Everything is close the area. The only reason why I marked this as a 4 star stay is, the hotel is next to a coffee shop (an Amsterdam coffee shop) that sells marijuana. The whole hotel smells like marijuana due to the proximity of the next door coffee shop. If you're OK with that, and it didn't bother me as much as crew I was traveling with, this place is close to everything!!

Good staff. Clean beds. You can also rent bikes in the street. On Kerkstraat 143 you can go to King Bikes to rent bikes. They do also bike tours
I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could! Utter lack of respect for customers and the travel restrictions recently put in place by the UK government. Avoid this hotel like a rabid dog with Covid-19, I certainly will be in the future!
Please save your money, don’t book this hotel. I can’t believe i haven given money to stay here. The pictures on the website are not accurate at all! I think they just put random pictures of a different hotel on. We booked a double room. The rooms are tiny, have nothing in them apart from a bed and stool. The bathrooms are small and ours wasn’t very clean at all. We stayed on the first floor and the windows are awful, all night we could hear music, the bins banging around and motorbikes everywhere all hours. Yes the location is great, walking distance from everything, but if you want to feel clean after a shower and not worse, don’t come here. The staff are friendly and helpful, although you can’t check in until after 3pm which is not stated on the website.
Staff are very helpful - the WiFi is free and the strongest I've ever had in a hotel. It is quite far out - so if you don't mind walking - great rates. My mate and I shared a twin room - very clean, very basic. The really only down side was there was a busy nightclub facing the hotel and because our room was at the front it was noisy - so bring some ear plugs - and there was no restaurant so NO breakfast
Terrible service/lack of consideration for customers and the current restrictions put in place from the government. Will definitely not be considering this place in the future and unfortunately this seems to be a regular occurrence at the moment :(
Stayed here, Monday to Friday. Place was nice, great location with good transport links. Good local food too, id recommend trying the little café over the road next to the gay club. Guests in the hotel were very loud at early hours of morning.
Skip this place. In the force majeure event of COVID-19, they still refuse to issue refunds and recommend that you book another date within the year AND pay a change fee. Given the flexibility all other hospitality companies and airlines are showing currently, this is an unacceptable answer. Don't stay here.
