Nice supermarket - good prices and a good range of products. A little harder to navigate the shop, and it gets a bit more crowded and cramped than some other supermarkets. There are no self-checkouts.

The service is quite amazing. I really like some collection . Volmar has amazing collection of plants also. You can also see grocery and decorations items there . It’s is completely package for family grocery shopping . Amazing service. Well Vomar is an independent supermarket chain in the west of the Netherlands. The company employs more than 7,000 people and attracts 900,000 customers every week. The branches are all located in the area between Den Helder, Noordwijk, Utrecht and Almere. The chain has 70 branches according to its own statement since July 2020. The service and distribution center with bakery and butcher shop are located in Alkmaar on the industrial estate Boekelermeer.

Five stars for the stock and minus three stars for the appalling staff. They're as rude as they come and quite unprofessional. Needless to say I go here only when Albert Heijn doesn't have stock of an item
