An Indian, Indonesian, Romanian and a Dutch while sitting in a bar asked a question 'what is that one thing companies can do to achieve their goals and ambitions, is it having a vision, fixing the strategy, having a customer focus or something else?' After much deliberation, they agreed that if it could do only one thing collectively, it would be adopting an attitude of 'LifeLong learning'. "But not learning as we know it," said the Romanian who was the wisest in the group. "Learning needs to evolve from its current form, It needs to take center stage. It requires facing the brutal truth, deep analysis of issues and commitment for fixing it for the long term". They raised their glasses and made a pact to be students of lifelong learning. We wish our readers to develop critical thinking about these issues so that they can learn, progress and induce progression for their organizations.
