Very disappointing service. I am a costumer for long time and for the first time had to return products and asked for a refund. The store manager had to send an email! to the office asking for refund. Almost two weeks has passed and I still didn’t receive the money back I called twice and still nothing. Be warned!

Not a customer friendly, very rude and trying to inform the customer their difficult situations rather than welcoming the customers. hope it can be improvised. Sometimes they hesitate to make gift wraps, being expensive product but not good service.
Very professional and supert service. The store is very elegant and I love their men's line.
L'occitane have a great selection of beauty products from the South of France and this shop in Amstelveen offers a large alcuin of these specialist beauty products. The hand and body creams are particularly good in fighting dry skin I find. Good service, well laid out. It's inside the mall and there is plenty of parking in the mall here as well as easy access by public transport.
Lot of good products are here but there is not mqny sales ppl to help you choose what you want and to offer.
Gentleman working in thr shop did not want to wrap present. He got offended that I did not want to buy product because of this, and started argument.
