Avoid and do yourself a favour. They don't deal with problems. We bought in the past multiple kitchens from them but the service went extremely downhill. I can explain in detail what went wrong but I rather avoid because we are now at the point where we will hire a lawyer. Never thought I would've been treated so badly by a company where at some point we actually would need to have a lawyer involved. Avoid at all cost.

We did not buy a kitchen here. Got a good conversation and an offer, but were not allowed to take it with us. We had another meeting with a kitchen supplier the next day and we wanted to choose between them based on materials etc. Difficult to remember all details of the offer they made and it just felt not right to choose them over the party that was not making a fuss about taking the offer with us to compare. So we choose the other provider and are very pleased with the result. It was a bit more expensive, but I think we got a better set up.

Sammi who was our adviser at KeukenConcurrent Utrecht helped us a lot in making the best decisions for our Kitchen. He explained everything and gave very good suggestions while trying to tailor the design and components based on our wishes. He also helped us with good discounts during the month of December. I would recommend this place and Sammi!

If I could give zero stars I would !!! They are rude and unwelcome ! Bought a kitchen there actually went ok, then we changed our side kitchen and all hell broke loose. They never had time, and was rude and unpleasant and then when we decided we had enough we could not cancel the order even though we already bought one kitchen so now it will cost us 500 which is completely ridiculous!! I would NOT recommend going there. Nice kitchen just pick another store ! Think maybe management change and now it’s bad bad bad

Helaas word er ook niet gereageerd op de e-mail van de gegeven reactie hieronder. Is dit dan een bericht waarop het ‘lijkt’ dat er wat mee gedaan word?! Helaas kan ik op dit moment niet meer dan 1 ster geven. De keuken is prachtig daar is niks op aan te merken. Maar als het werkblad te groot binnen komt (door jullie opgemeten) waardoor onze timmerman een inham in onze muur moest maken, een flinke deuk in de koelkast, en een coocker kraan te hebben gevraagd maar een mengkraan te hebben ontvangen, en hier nog geld voor willen vragen om deze daadwerkelijk te ontvangen vind ik absurd. Helaas krijgen we elke dag te horen dat jullie ons terug bellen. Na bijna 1,5 week krijgen we een oplossing wat niet acceptabel is. Ik hoop echt deze review nog te kunnen aanpassen naar een hogere review, als dit goed word opgelost. Maar voor nu ben ik enorm teleurgesteld.

Zeer slechte ervaring!! Veel beloven en afspraken niet nakomen. Probeer ze maar te bellen , wordt gewoon niet opgenomen, dit is al n teken dat ze niet klantvriendelijk zijn. Komen vriendelijk over en proberen je dan te strikken om maar direkt kontrakt te tekenen. Dan maar liever iets meer betalen voor betere kwaliteit en betere service, bagger.......
