I had a problem connecting the internet. I found kind of difficult the conection process either for cable or wifi and therefore I was blocked to the system perhaps because I did something wrong. In less than 12h they responded and solved my problems. I am happy with the service.

Great service, good response time and very professional in their communication.
They are refusing to fix the internet connection that I am paying for and isn't working until I find a neighbor who would let me into their apartment and let me perform their checklist there
28 days without internet is the current record. Luckily, whenever an engineer doesn't show up to his appointment, they remind me that they have better things to do. It seems they spend this time falsely discrediting legitimate reviews here.
I went to buy wifi router. The service was good, the staff was helpful and friendly.
