Amber Garden is an ideal where we aspire to leave something beautiful in the soul through culinary expertise. Amber Garden is established as a concept for Chinese style cuisine from Beijing. With roots and experience of three generations in restaurants, our objective is to introduce and deliver authentic chinese cuisine and hospitality. Aside from traditional dishes such as authentic Beijing roast duck, we strive to continually develop new dishes, tastes and experiences. Based on the standards of oriental cuisine, we continually innovate to provide the best dining experience for our guests. We wish to set the new standard for chinese cuisine and show the western world what the rich chinese culture and history can offer. The restaurant is currently in construction and our targeted opening is in the first quarter of 2019! We have several vacancies to be fulfilled leading up to the opening to the restaurant.
