I've been to this place twice, first time the owner was only interested in money no proper order taking. Even to give a little bit chutney they are ready to argue. Second time same thing happened. Don't know they're going to improve or not. For the amount you are taking, the attitude on even smal amount of chutney is not justified. Please improve on customer handling.

Their dahi bhalle are quite good and worth a visit. Though I tried their Dhokla which was below average. On service front, They need to improve on the customer handling as I saw them arguing with customers on even "Chutney". The price in the menu is on higher end so considering it from the value for money perspective, There are other good place available in Amritsar too.

zero customer management at the counter the guy taking orders, I don't know if he is owner or employee he sees the money first not the customer standing in Front . Hold the money in your hand and get up to counter from side and tender it from side no matter if you are coming after the one standing first to you or ahead of you your order will be taken along with money its the cheat code of ordering here. The Chaat , bhalle are good but the order taker is not good he has a eagle eye for money . So better order through zomato it will be easy ordering .

Very authentic chat & south indian stuff. Staff is courteous & prompt in service. The limited seating & parking could be improved but that is also the essence of eateries in Amritsar ! Must visit again & again !

Sitting arrangement was very bad like other coustomers stares at us in the ask of sitting so plz expand the sitting arrangement but food was good like hell
