Very disappointed. I previously exchanged a item. Only to discover later it was half of what it was worth. No description was mentioned as to what gem stones were encrusted. Also NO Official receipt was given. Only a written note. I will not be returning to this store in future. As I feel that my customer rights have been taken advantage of.
My family and I have been purchasing our jewellery from Amin jewellers for the past 15 years and more. Evan though we have moved to bolton years ago, we travel to blackburn specifically for our jewellery. Highly recommend Amin jewellers. The customer service is on point always!! The staff are very friendly and welcoming they always go an extra mile to assist you and help you make the right choices. It's been my second visit already this week and I'll be planning a third.
