First time ordering here tonight to try somewhere new and it was a disappointment. The chicken burger was very dry, the chips resembled cardboard and the ketchup on the burger was absolutely awful! The Donner meat was nice luckily so i do recommend that! But we wouldn't eat here again

NEVER use this company. I placed my first ever order using Just Eat today - expected delivery time 17.35. By 17.50 it had not arrived, so we began calling Amigos. Constantly engaged. By the time I worked out how to complain on Just Eat, Amigos had \completed\ the order, claiming that delivery had been attempted but was unsuccessful. Therefore, Just Eat cannot cancel the order and issue a refund, as Amigos have marked it as delivery completed. No one attempted a delivery at our house. Amigos are not answering and Just Eat are now saying there's nothing they can do. Amigos have taken our money and failed to deliver our food, there is no way of contacting them and Just Eat have washed their hands!!!! I won't use either ever again.
Never use to order from Takeaways as such, but due to the Lockdown we decided to give it a try using Just Eat. The first time I ordered from Amigos was 4 weeks ago, since then, we have ordered about 8 times, each time the food is excellent and value for money. And the Service has been first class. Would definitely recommend Amigos to all my friends and family.
Took 1 star off for portion size, could be a little bigger for price but Food Always good, hygiene good &friendly staff.
