Loved the food , best quality and generous quantity. Everything cooked fresh to order and definitely the best fish and chips in the area. I would highly recommend this shop. Staff is so friendly and welcoming.

We had the 10oz Jacobs burgers and it was lovely and juicy. The flavour of the cream cheese was sublime. Meal prices in Acton were very reasonable, for gourmet burgers. They're freshly prepared. Fries were slightly over cooked but their sauces were delicious and flavoursome.

Uber driver picked up my food and was driving around for 30 mins in opposite direction delivering multiple orders, I let the restaurant know this but they were unable to help. Food arrived cold (47mins after it was originally picked up) .. This is totally unacceptable, Stop giving drivers multiple orders, especially if they are in the wrong direction and not on the way, You have lost a customer, such a shame as I normally enjoy there food

My favourite was the wrap, the way it was made , not dry at all , and so juicy! The staff was extremely polite and friendly. I was also impressed by their hygiene levels , the shop was kept clean. I will definitely be coming back again

Apparently the potatoes are more orange hence why they go brown... Looks like old oil to me or refried chips
