Customers not wearing masks properly. In the minute I spent inside I saw 2 customers with masks not covering the nose. An one customer with a face shield.

I am a regular customer of the Amersham branch of Robert Dyas and goodness knows our high street shops need our support. However, I ordered 3 x 77L storage boxes online (3for 2 offer 29.99 each sale price) because they did not have enough in store. They took a while to arrive but when they arrived one had a significant crack one of the corners. I called Amersham store and was told to contact customer service. I called and left a message but never received a call back. On 5th January 2019, I emailed them. I received an email back on 10th January from somebody named Matt saying \we would like to offer you a 15 refund\. If you work out 2 x 29.99, it's a shade under 20 per box for 3 boxes, what a joke! There was no offer of exchange. I ordered the boxes because I needed them. I responded immediately saying I want an exchange and nothing less. It is now 12th January and I still have not heard any more. I will not be ordering online again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It puts me off using their store in protest .

Good range of stock although variety doesn't change much. Good battery deals, tools and electronic products. Supply a range of kitchen goods
