Always amazing service provided by Longcroft. The rooms are always warm and cats are given lots of attention! My only niggle was that we didn’t receive our promised postcard as part of our package and would have been nice to hear how first night went as they were so young and our first time away from the kittens. Other than that fantastic and wouldn’t send our boys anywhere else!

This was Freddie’s second stay at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel but his first at Winchmore Hill. He loved it! He loved all the fuss and attention Emma gave him and we loved all the updates we received. The postcard was such a lovely touch.

Excellent level of care for our cats and great communication from Emma the owner, which was really reassuring. Our felines returned home in beautiful condition and were so relaxed – they enjoyed their luxury lodgings very much!

Our cat, Monty, clearly had a wonderful at Longcroft! When we brought him home we found that he had gained in self-confidence (he is a shy 2 year old) and was very affectionate and talkative! His coat was immaculate after a Spa grooming treatment too!! Thank you, Emma, for such excellent care and we will be booking again very soon.
