Went to buy a new 2020 bike. The showroom is nice enough but the salesman claimed there are no new bikes for sale in Europe! When I said there are plenty of new bikes for sale in the UK he said the UK is somehow different. The very small number of used bikes were not immaculately prepared as I have found in every other Harley dealer I've ever bought from and the prices for a used bike was higher than many new bikes in the UK. They want twenty two thousand euros for an old 107 Roadking Special that would sell for seventeen thousand in most other countries, and twenty thousand for a Low Rider S that sells for sixteen thousand in the UK. Looks like France is not the place to buy a Harley Davidson.

Very bad eperience. I arrived with my battery not rechanging, I already knew the bike has the stator/rotor broken and I asked for an estimate of repair price. They said yes, no problem. 2-3 days later, they come back telling me that it costs 600 euros to repair (stator cost is 160 euros gasket oil is 200. The rest of money I guess is labour) As I understood it is 75 euro per hour the labour, so it means they worked arround 5 hours and a half which is ridiculous... stator/rotor change it is done in 1 hour, let's say 2. The worst part is that they told me they already disassembled the bike, so it costs me 300euro if I want to take the bike back without repairing it. This is lack of professionalism and even more, it is scamming! I certainly know I will never step there again.
