Awful place. It is run by two nasty girls who's father owns the company. They wouldn't last 2 minutes anywhere else, no wonder the only person that would employ them is their dad. They talk to people like they are dirt. They spend more time sleeping around with the guys in the warehouse on their daddy's payroll than doing any real work. Absolutely no manners whatsoever, nobody has a single good word to say about either of them. The other reviews regarding their terrible customer service are not surprising to me in the slightest as it is what I experienced as a customer too. It is truly a dreadful nasty place. Also, Tina's nose is so big it gets in the room half an hour before she does. Spend your money on a nice, small, independent business instead of funding these people who are millionaires and pay their staff minimum wage. Also, all the comments about out of date stock is appalling and illegal. One big shambles of a business.

I absolutely recommend American Fizz. I use to order American sweets from somewhere else before hand but now I have found American Fizz I have completely switched. They're the cheapest around. Their delivery prices are very reasonable. Very well packed. Customer service is very friendly. My items arrived within 48 hours after dispatch, exactly as expected. 100% going to order from them again.

Amazing business - the selection on offer is truly mine-boggling and a God send for those of us that miss true American food and drink. The poor Brits just don’t know how short-changed they are by the big brands here when it comes to flavours!! The only bad thing is they tend to run out of stock all too easily and are very vague about future deliveries.
Rude, incompetent customer service, they ordered wrong and refuses to refund me. they took the amount without my consent and expired product received today, we are in october! Please note they surcharges the shipping costs !
