Absolutely no reason whatsoever in denying me a card. No warning of deduction 46 points just for applying and being denied. What a God awful way to run a business. There should be a warning BEFORE you apply that if you do not qualify for the card, there will be a mega drop in your credit score. Best steer clear of these Muppets. Not everyone takes Amex anyway and they charge the most out of all the cards that's why retailers don't like them and refuse to take them!

Nice offices and view. Some people are really rude but it's not the company's fault of course.
Amex have always been extremely helpful when my card has been lost or stolen. Very nice polite people on the phone and very efficient. Top marks for customer service!
The building looks very nice from the outside. Can’t say much about working there because I don’t but I have heard they treat people very good and there’s lots of career possibilities especially for women. Great place to start working in brighton if you come from abroad and you’ve just moved here
Rude staff work here, have no respect for local residents that actually live within the area. Shame on you Amex for employing such rude and obnoxious staff.
