I moved to Texas in 2007, and have been to a lot of restaurants; from fine dining to chain restaurants. Amedeo's had the best food I've had since moving here. For an appetizer we had their baked brie, with grilled onions with baked garlic and a beautiful raspberry sauce. It was delicious. My entree was grilled red snapper with shrimp and crab meat. The snapper was perfectly prepared and Amedeo's could teach master classes in sauces. I splurged on dessert, a home made key lime pie. Perfection. I highly recommend Amedeo's. The services was exceptional; the meal, prepared to perfection and the drinks not watered down. Amedeo's is 5 stars out of five stars.

Before the pandemic will come here all the time and it was so awesome always always awesome people awesome food great environment during the pandemic I use ubereats and I have all of this fantastic food at home I love it
Okay so this might not be a five-star restaurant but as far as Humble Texas goes it's pretty close for sure! Really good food, really affordable lunch. Don't skip this place on lunch. There's another place in town but I can't pronounce the name of it at least you can pronounce this, and I have enough left over to go back next week if you want!
Loved the atmosphere. Nice and quiet. the waiter was on point. Food was amazing! So delicious and filling. Highly recommend
