Today I was there send it by agency to the work as a flt operator I was waiting for the manager and some ,, very nice polite lady,, joke. coming straight away to me and she says I can go inside without mask but I say to her I've got exemptions card and I am not wearing the mask She told me that's the Amazon rules and I'm not able to go in without mask of course her attitude was not right because she just attacked me straight away . Good advice to the management you should being much more flexible if someone has exemptions card and try to explain your employees how to deal with other human beings.
Well looked after staff the only reason with the high turn over of staff is due to the younger ones havining a year out from studying
