Quite surprised to see Amadeo Cavite call itself the \Coffee Capital of the Philippines\! But going by the quality of Coffee at Cafe Amadeo, this is not an idle boast. We had 5 different beverages here - Americano, Hot Latte, Iced Latte, Iced Caramel Macchiato and Iced Chocolate. The first 4 all had strong but smooth coffee. Also picked up Banana Chips on snack on our journey back home.

It's a cozy place along the highway with a small coffee shop. Products are organic and well priced from local products. I support this endeavor of supporting the local market. They have a clear circuit for entry and exit and support the wearing of masks. Parking is very limited. I would like to drop by and taste the products in the coffee shop after the pandemic.
Good coffee. Try the desserts, quite good! Parking is tight though.
