Oct of 2017 I was in the Skilled Care Dept for 2 weeks of Speach,Physical& Occupational Therapy !!! My room was kept very clean each day by Sherry in the Housekeeping Dept. Meals were tasty, several activities to do if you choose to participateThe Shower Room was very cleanI never expected I would ever need to be in a Skilled Care Facility but was very Grateful for all the help I received while I was thereplus cats to pet on every floor

This is the best nursing facility in town. Both grandmothers and my mother in law stayed here and received very good care. I would highly recommend.
There is a fluffy cat once when you walk into the front office. He'll probably be to your left by the chairs
Both my father and mother have used their \skilled care\ facilities. While my father had a good experience when they housed this service on the lower floor, my mother had a very horrible experience. Her room was as far as you could get from the nurse's station on the 3rd floor.She was left chilled and alone on toilet. They argued with her over 45 minute waits for a response to her calls. She was left in the dining room for over an hour when everyone had gone. They gave her food she physically could not eat and told her it was that or nothing. They took two hours and several prompts from me to get her a simple cup of tea. She had had surgery pain, and anxiety and they treated her as if nothing was wrong. They are understaffed and frankly no longer doing skilled care no matter what they say. I think they are living on a former reputation. DO NOT put you family member here. If you do drop by at night when the lack of staff is obvious.
I donated some items. The employees was very pleasant.
