Great company would use again very pleased with our bifold door. Martin and Mark were really helpful five star service really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them .After sales service was brilliant which makes a change now days.
To say the communication is poor would be an understatement. Had 2 windows, a back door and a large set of bifold doors fitted last year and had a few snags that needed sorted. I’ve been promised someone back since October 2019 to remedy them and I am still to see someone on site. Happy to change my review on completion of the works which I have paid for in full but until then everything will be 1 star and below. Decent products but probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a company ever
Great company with a quality product. Especially impressed with how they rectified an issue I had with the bi fold doors they supplied. They replaced the doors without issue and I now have a superb product backed by a company always happy to help if there is anything not quite right. Would definitely recommend
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!. Complete all round bodge on my 5m bifold door. From the door being the wrong size to the seal left incomplete and in a mess. Absolutely no pride in their work. They will take your money on the promise to return to fix issues and finish the job, but they just ignore all attempts to contact them. This is not the only bad review I have seen either. In fact the company shut down and was resurrected again under new management who proved to be even worse. Very unstable firm, run by cowboys. Don't trust them and end up in my position.
