Fantastic all round service.... I picked my little Golf up and it was beautifully presented and wrapped with a giant bow. This was my first car so I was a little apprehensive of how a dealership would be. But I have to say I was looked after brilliantly from start to finish. What was also a nice touch was the videos they sent me of the car giving a full commentary overview. I also got a digital brochure of the car with the specification breakdown. Great service and my friend is going to the dealership next week to buy a car as she also experienced the handover with the champagne etc. and loved it.

These guys are awful. Used car not even slightly checked. Two significant errors PROMISED to be fixed - months on and still not sorted. Errors on the V5. Just agro and bad attitude from start to finish. AVOID UPDATE 6 weeks are they posted their \we're concerned\ response. I still have nothing back.

I bought a new golf from Altrincham based on their '3 months on us deal', it now appears that they changed it to not include this offer and didn't point it out at any of numerous opportunities, including the handover where I mentioned how good it was to not have to pay anything until 2021. They are not able/willing to do anything about it. I've been had over. Never again.

This place is awesome. I walked through the door and was made welcome from the start to the deal. Sam was very informative and made sure he had time to handle any of my questions/Queries the whole process was seamless.
