We got an excellent service from Nick when we were looking for a new kitchen. He was very helpful, always returned my calls and was very patient with me changing my mind all the time. We are please with the price we paid , the quality of the kitchen and the professionalism of the fitter Doug! Outstanding!

My first experience with Wickes kitchen & bathrooms was very good so much so they were my first choice when I moved home. Nick the designer at Alton provided an outstanding service throughout and I am more than delighted with both my kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend Wickes for their quality products, their fitters and above all Nick who is committed and goes the extra mile.

Went for a design and to choose our kitchen. The design was rubbish and when I asked for a nicer one to take away he was rude and was pushing for payment the whole time. I wouldn't recommend Nick in the slightest. I love the product so we went ahead but I told my husband I wouldn't go back in as he was off putting and rude. Not a suprise that bits have been missed off the order and delivery!! We got back on to Nick to put the situation right as we have fitters on site and no kitchen. We now paying for workers who can't do anything. The quickest he can get the parts is a week. He then sent an email for his assistant to say passing to customer service team. This takes and hour to get through to!! We are utterly upset and out of pocket through this. Horrible place and horrible service skills
