Took the Steam train here... Train master and all the staffs are most friendly among all the other stations they stopped. With smiled and waved at you everytime we passed by the stations.... station are keeping very well with a small lil musuem about the steam train.

What a lovely day out.. Distancing all correctly done and dogs welcome..result, loads of little station stops to grab a tea, have some food or just stretch your legs..take a small picnic and enjoy it

Beautiful village station on the preserved Mid-hant Railway. Always wonderfully presented and atmospheric and one of the overlooked treasures on this line. The volunteers are always helpful and friendly, completing the scene. There is a new freight exhibit in the old goods shed which is worth looking at if you have the time.
