Frank Altieri and his team are simply phenomenal. We purchased our dream home last summer and unfortunately after having lived there only 3 short months, we had a significant flood due to an A/C system failure. The total damage involved a complete kitchen replacement along with hardwood floors. My home inspector referred me to Frank and said he's an awesome Public Adjuster. We didn't quite know what that term meant at the time but facing a daunting homeowner's insurance claim made me give Frank a call. Fast forward several months later and we are now fully restored and all damages have been repaired (better than when we started) and we owe it all to Frank. He came out to our home immediately and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He worked very hard to get our claim processed quickly and get our lives restored back to normal. Had we tried to settle the claim on our own, we would have recovered a small fraction of what Frank was able to justify based on hidden damages and costs we hadn't even considered. Being in the real estate business myself, I have since referred Frank to several of my clients and colleagues and he continues to deliver top-notch service. True professional and honest, genuine and caring person. We feel blessed to have had Frank on our side.

Jay was our initial contact-even though we worked with both Ray and Kevin-he remained our primary contact. Every time we spoke Jay was caring and professional. He did his best to provide updates as he received them to us a d always made sure we were in the loop with all decisions. He made sure the owner received a great payout for the damages and lost rent. There is a reason for all the 5 star ratings. They simply are fantastic. My 2 story house was almost a total loss due to a fire. I had no stress what so ever having to deal with the insurance company or paperwork etc. Altieri handled everything. It was such an easy process during a devastating event. Communication was always quick, whether it was by phone/text/email. They were extremely thorough and I received so much more than the insurance company offered. I didn't have to worry about being able to rebuild the inside of my home, replacing personal belongings, or where I was going to stay during the reconstruction.
